Employee Levels and Costs
We classify the employees into 3 levels, according to work experience, technologies and tools possession

  1. Junior Engineer (up to 3 years experience)
  2. Mid-level Engineer (starting from 3 years experience)
  3. Senior Engineer (starting from 5 years experience, with advanced knowledge or specialized technologies)

For our clients ease, we have created a competitive and simple pricing model called Fixed monthly Employee cost.

The fixed monthly cost is defined per employee for a fixed period of time (6 months or more). The pricing model relies on FutureVisions support for employee motivation, retention and possible replacement.

Upon request we also provide free guidelines and consultancy to our clients on employee salaries, material motivation, and other possible options of increasing the team productivity.

With this pricing model, FutureVision provides discounts depending on team size:

  • For teams from 2 up to 5 engineers -5%
  • From 6 up to 10 engineers -10%
  • From 11 engineers -15%

This pricing model is especially good to those clients who want to start offshore dedicated team while keeping monetary risks manageable.

Note: A standard working month includes 140 working hours for clients projects and other activities. The time above 140 hours per month is reserved for employee education, corporate events and other incentives.

  • Project Manager: a manager who responsible for organization of the development of projects within the ODT.
  • General Manager /Operation Manager: authorized person responsible for cooperation with FutureVision regarding all ODT-related issues.

FutureVision Parties and Activities

  • Administrative Manager: Team organization, professional consulting regarding development process, conceptual suggestions, smooth extension and effective operation; Finance Management: financial planning, invoicing, managing payments, new employee legalization, accounting, tax, legal issues, network and telecommunication infrastructure organization and maintenance, new hardware purchasing and install, users support, office management, communications with suppliers, visitors and guests accommodations etc.
  • HR: new candidates searching in response to Clients job description, pre-selection interviewing and further interviews, maintaining CV database, etc;

Administrative Management
FutureVisions goal is to guide the Client through all the stages of running Offshore Dedicated team, including requirements analysis, negotiations and setup, methodology and operations elaboration, ensuring effective communication, trouble-free processes and on-time delivery. The day-to-day activities related to management and support for Offshore Dedicated team are called Administrative Management. Such activities include communication, system administration, office management, financial management, legal support and methodology advices to clients and to the team.

How to start

During pre-sales stages, FutureVision performs requirements analysis for Clients outsourcing needs. To ensure proper communication and project transition to the offshore dedicated team, we have elaborated many procedures, guidelines and checklists. We usually begin with the following key activities:

  • Defining the project and/or activity the Client is considering having within Offshore Dedicated Team
  • Defining the staff and infrastructure requirements

After having this information and synchronizing our visions, FutureVision prepares a Proposal and Contract for Offshore Development Services.
